In the Fall of 2020, Texas Wedding Tales officially started offering wedding videography! We are currently editing our first wedding video, and we can’t wait to display it. Stay tuned!

Why should I hire a videographer?
You don’t want this day to be like any other day that fades over time. You’ll want to be able to look back on the laughter, your vows, the dancing, the toasts, and the joy. A video not only allows you to watch these moments back, but it allows you to be fully immersed in the emotions of your wedding day.
What is a cinematic highlights film?
It includes the best moments of your day set to music. We weave in audio such as your vows, toasts, and letters that you record for each other. The result is a cinematic film that captures all of the emotions of your wedding day.
What is a cinematic trailer?
Our cinematic trailer is a 1-minute video of the best footage of your day edited to music, created specifically for sharing on social media. This is for the couples who want to share a glimpse of their wedding day with their friends and family, as soon as possible.
Can we meet and talk about my ideas for my wedding film?
Of course! We look forward to getting to know our couples and their stories. We also want to know which moments are most important to you and which style of wedding film speaks to your heart.
When will I receive my wedding film?
You can expect your video within 1 – 2 months. The most labor-intensive part of wedding videography is the editing process. My team and I will watch every second of footage, search through hundreds of songs, meticulously piece together and individually color each clip of your video. We want to make sure that we are editing and crafting a film that best showcases your relationship and your wedding day.
Can I build a custom package?
Sure! We can build a custom package that fits your needs. We’ll sit down and discuss all of the available add-ons. Please contact us to schedule a free consultation.
How do we book you?
In order to book us, you will need to sign our contract and pay the non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount will vary depending on the film package you book. The balance is due 1 week before the wedding. You are also welcome to pay in full at any point.
Does Texas Wedding Tales carry insurance, and are you licensed as a business?
Yes, and yes. Always ask your vendors if they carry insurance, and if they are licensed to be doing work in the state.
Is there a travel charge?
No travel charge for locations in Brownsville, TX. For the rest of the valley, we have a flat $30.00 fee. Please call to request a quote for a location outside of the RGV. We love traveling across TX.
Do you record same -sex marriages?
Yes we do! We strive to be LGBTQ friendly.
Do you set up lights?
Yes, we usually set up lights during the reception and ceremony, if needed. It's necessary for us to use studio lights in order to have a high quality video. We'll turn them off once the dancing starts!
Do you record the audio for our videos?
Yes! In all three packages we record the audio from the ceremony, toasts, and letter readings. We have multiple backups too!

We’re located in Brownsville, but we serve all of Texas. So if you’re in Texas and you need a wedding videographer, we hope you consider us. We’ve answered several frequently asked questions above, but please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns. We can provide you with a brochure of our services or schedule an appointment for a consultation, in-person or virtually.
