From full service wedding planning to month-of coordination, Texas Wedding Tales will work to create a seamless wedding that you will always cherish.

What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?
A wedding planner is going to help you plan the wedding details and make decisions through the planning process. A planner will help with budget, aesthetic design, guest experience, and so much more! A wedding coordinator is focused on the logistics of the actual wedding day. Wedding coordinators will join you in the planning process during the final stretch before the wedding day and help with the creation and the management of the timeline for the wedding day.
Do you offer day of/month of coordination?
Yes! Although all our packages are much more than just help on the wedding day. We enter the planning process about one month out from the wedding. We'll have weekly meetings, and I'll help you get organized and ready for the big day.
If I have a venue coordinator do I also need a wedding coordinator?
Yes! A venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. Their job is more focused on the management of the venue. As a coordinator or planner, I will be focused on you and making your wedding day stress free. I will coordinate and manage ALL logistics and design details with your entire wedding team.
Will I still have some control over my wedding if I hire you as my planner?
Definitely! We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning process. We always ask you what you want and we then make our suggestions to you.
Do you bring a day-of assistant?
It depends! This is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, guest count, number of event locations, and room resets. Typically, events have 2 members of Texas Wedding Tales staff on site. During our consultation, we will discuss your specific event needs once your complimentary consultation is booked.
What does your role of a wedding coordinator look like?
I'll be: Sending you to-do checklists and planning questionnaires; Referring professional vendors; Drafting comprehensive vendor timelines and wedding party itineraries; Communicating with vendors; Coordinating your ceremony and rehearsal; Supervising and executing wedding day set-up and break-down; and much more!
Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?
Absolutely! Texas Wedding Tales believes in inclusivity and serving all clients regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, identity, or orientation. We value kindness, professionalism, and collaboration in all ways and work to showcase these values through our brand in every interaction.
